Creator Program Terms

The terms of the Sawti creator program: who can join, what you earn, and how you are paid.

v1.0 Effective 12 September 2026

These terms govern the Sawti creator program (the affiliate program). They sit alongside the Sawti Terms of Use and do not reduce any right the law gives you.

1. Who is behind the program

The program is run by Rami Hanna, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel), SIRET 909 970 881 00019, 32 Mail des Charmilles, 10000 Troyes, France, publisher of Sawti (see the Legal Notice at https://sawti.io/legal-notice). “We” and “Sawti” mean that publisher. “You” means the creator who joins.

2. Joining

Anyone with a Sawti account and a confirmed e-mail address may apply at https://sawti.io/partner. You must be at least 18 and act as an independent person or business, not as our employee or agent. One creator account per person. We may decline or end a membership as described in section 10.

On joining you receive a personal code and a link. Both are yours to share in your videos, posts and descriptions.

3. What your audience gets

A person who subscribes to Sawti through your link, or types your code at checkout, receives 20% off their first payment (the first month of a monthly plan, or the first year of an annual plan). Later payments are at the normal price.

4. What you earn

You earn 30% of Sawti’s net earnings from each payment made by a customer you brought, for that customer’s first 12 months of paid use.

  • Net earnings means what Paddle, our merchant of record, pays out to Sawti for that payment after the customer’s tax, Paddle’s fee and any discount. It is never the list price.
  • 12 months are counted per customer, from their first paid payment, whether or not they pause or come back. An annual payment counts as 12 months at once.
  • Top-ups bought by your customers inside the 12 months are commissioned at the same rate.
  • Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from your commission in the same proportion.
  • We may agree a different rate or period with you in writing; it then replaces the figures above for you.

Your customers are attributed once, at the moment their account is created (through your link or code) or at their first purchase with your code. A person who already had a Sawti account, or who was already brought by another creator, cannot be attributed to you.

5. Statements and payment

  • On the 3rd of each month we issue a statement for the previous month, visible in your dashboard at https://sawti.io/partner and announced by e-mail.
  • Commission on a customer’s first payment is held back for 14 days, so that a refunded first payment is never paid out.
  • Statements below 25 USD carry forward to the next month.
  • Your first payout is reviewed once by us before it is sent; later payouts are sent without review.
  • Payment is by bank transfer (SEPA or international) or PayPal, within the month following the statement, to the payout details you enter in your dashboard. Entering correct details is your responsibility; we never ask for them by e-mail.
  • Statements are in USD. You may choose to be paid in EUR or USD; the bank’s conversion rate on the day applies.

6. Invoices issued in your name (self-billing)

By joining you mandate Sawti to issue, in your name and on your behalf, the invoice corresponding to each payout (self-billing, Article 289 I-2 of the French General Tax Code). Each invoice is numbered, available in your dashboard, and states that it is self-billed. You may contest an invoice within 30 days of its issue; after that it is deemed accepted. You remain responsible for declaring this income and for any tax or social contribution due in your country. Where VAT is due in France on your service, we account for it ourselves under the reverse-charge rule.

7. Your obligations

  • Tell your audience that you earn a commission. French law (Law 2023-451 of 9 June 2023) requires paid or commissioned promotion to be clearly labelled as such, and most platforms have the same rule.
  • Present Sawti truthfully. Do not promise features it does not have, and do not describe the free trial as unlimited.
  • Do not bid on the word “Sawti” or our domain in paid search, post your code on coupon or discount sites, spam, or use your own code for your own purchases or those of your household.
  • Do not present yourself as Sawti or as our employee.

8. Our obligations

We keep your dashboard accurate, issue statements on time, pay what is owed, answer your questions at support@sawti.io, and protect your data (section 9).

9. Data

We store your display name, channel, legal name, address, country, the tax identifier you choose to give, your payout details (encrypted, shown to nobody but you and, at payment time, to us), your statements and invoices, and the anonymous counts of clicks and customers linked to your code. We use them only to run the program, pay you and meet our accounting and tax obligations. Payout details are deleted when you leave the program; statements and invoices are kept for the ten years French accounting law requires. Everything else in our Privacy Policy applies.

10. Pausing, leaving, ending

  • You may leave at any time from your dashboard or by writing to us. Commission already earned is paid at the next cycle.
  • We may pause your code (your customers keep earning you commission; new promotion stops) or end your membership with notice by e-mail. If we end it for a breach of section 7, in particular self-referral, coupon-site posting or misleading claims, commission not yet paid is forfeited.
  • We may change these terms with 30 days’ notice by e-mail; continuing to use your code after that is acceptance. Changes never reduce commission already earned.

11. Law and disputes

French law applies. If we cannot settle a disagreement by e-mail, you may refer it, free of charge, to the consumer mediator we have appointed, CM2C (49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, litiges@cm2c.net, https://www.cm2c.net), where the mediation rules allow, or to the competent French courts.
