The legal information required by French law for publishers of online services.

This legal notice meets the identification requirements of French law (notably Article 6 of the LCEN, loi pour la confiance dans l’économie numérique).

Publisher of the website and the application

The website sawti.io and the Sawti applications for Mac, Windows, iPhone, iPad and Android are published by:

Sawti is published by an individual, not a company. There is therefore no company name, no legal form of company, and no share capital.

Seller of paid plans

Paid Sawti plans are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd (United Kingdom), acting as merchant of record. Paddle is the seller named on the buyer’s receipt and is responsible for payment, invoicing, consumption tax and refunds. VAT

The publisher operates under the VAT-exemption scheme for small businesses (franchise en base de TVA): “TVA non applicable, article 293 B du Code général des impôts.” The publisher charges no VAT and no VAT number applies to it. Because Paddle sells to the buyer as merchant of record, Paddle determines, collects and remits the VAT or sales tax due in the buyer’s own country, and that tax appears on the receipt Paddle issues.
